This pointy-headed man was one of the "Bandits of Hazebrouck," though the details of their activities remain a mystery to me. He consorted with the Pollet Brothers.

Another of Anatole Deibler's "clients." Not sure what he did, but he looks as though he could have used a sprucing up. Well, can't we all?

Though he resembles your old high school football coach, or possibly Perry White, Georges Sarrejani was actually a French serial killer.

#96: Joseph Vacher

Now THAT'S a HAT! Interesting that he was drawing attention to his head with such an exotic chapeau.
